This is my go to summer salad, y'all! I loved making it with my pal Gena Knox, and
I enjoyed this dish all summer long! It's delicious mixed with white peaches and
any other peach for that matter, and this dish dresses up for fall and
winter with pears or citrus or pecans in lieu of peaches! Enjoy!!
